Honestly, the most professional, honest and straight up mechanic shop. Driving done Kingston Rd, I came in as a walk-in client with an A/C issue, looking in Pickering and Scarborough for honest mechanics. I didn’t find any until I met with Steve at Auto Techniques! Greeted me professionally, told him the problem, no muss no fuss, immediately diagnosed the issue and told me a reasonable price! I was in and out within about an hour or so. Didn’t asked me for money to check, or estimate, it was all a smooth and happy transaction. Steve called me after to follow up on another question I had re: tires and gave me a great price!!! Steve and his auto mechanics were all pleasant and followed COVID-19 protocols as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any auto problem. In the auto mechanic field, it’s hard to find honest and straightforward mechanics- I’m glad I did.

Went based on the excellent reviews, and would like to share my own 5 star review with this shop.Had to replace the front control bushings on my vehicle. Steve went over the details, and it was done promptly and with reassurance. They don't price gauge you, and only inform you what essentials are needed to be done on your vehicle.Highly recommend Steve and his shop for anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable mechanic.

I did not have an appointment but had an issue with a vehicle I bought under warranty from the dealership next door. Steve took me in and fixed what I needed. He was calm and professional. Business was clean and smelled amazing. I recommend this shop. Great service and excellent mechanics.

Auto Techniques is amazing. Very honest, they never try to get you to purchase any services your car doesn’t absolutely need. Super efficient - today I needed an oil change, a tire swap, and my brakes replaced and it was all finished within one day!!! The mechanics are all very polite as well :) Will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Scarborough!
